oh, the victorous hotel has potential, but can we talk about the bathroom light that didn’t work? also, being on the noisy first floor was a delightful experience, almost as if the hotel wanted me to suffer. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade after all that, but alas, just can’t even begin to fathom their management strategies.

Highly recommend it for couples
We arrived at 5 in the morning, totally exhausted, and they arranged a room for us to crash in until check-in around noon. One evening, the staff even invited us to play chess. we had a blast and got tips on the best spots to visit! !
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still alright.
